4 thin cut Pork Chops, trimmed of fat
1 Tomato
2 Potatoes
1 head Broccoli
Seasoning such as Mrs. Dash or Lemon Pepper or Parsley
1. Preheat Familie Skillet on medium heat. While pan is pre-heating, trim pork chops of visable fat. The pan is pre-heated when a drop of water "dances" across the pan.
2. Wash the potatoes and cut with the #2 cone on the Kitchen Kutter - leaving the skin on the potatoes. Rinse cut potatoes under clear cold water to remove some of the starch. Drain.
3. Place a slice of tomato on top of the chop. Top the tomato with a handful of the cut potatoes. Sprinkle with seasoning such as lemon pepper or Mrs. Dash® or parsley. Salt and pepper to taste.
4. Place 2 broccoli spears in between each potato mound. Cover and reduce the heat to low.
5. Cook 15 minutes. Remove each chop with potatoes with a spatula to a serving plate or individual plate. Add broccoli spears, serve with a green salad and a roll.
