Ingredients
1 chopped onion 1 clove garlic 1 green pepper chopped
1 large can diced tomatoes (28 oz.)
1 cup fresh or frozen corn
3 cups mixed dried beans (sorted, soaked, and drained)
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1.2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup vegetable stock or water

 

Directions
Put all ingredients into Gourmet Slo-Cooker on setting
1 for 10-12 hours.
